AdviceWhat is the use of this medicine?It is a medicine that reduces inflammation and pain in joints and muscles. Also used in migraine, Dysmenorrhoea (painful menstrual cycles), lumbosacral pain (lower back pain), acute gout (painful condition in only one joint) and postoperative pain.What are its side effects?The most common side effects of this medication are GI upset, bleeding, ulceration, abdominal pain, skin reactions, hypersensitivity reactions, confusion, vertigo (head spinning), blood dyscrasias (blood disorder), altered LFTs (abnormal liver function tests), oedema (fluid retention in body), hypertension (increased blood pressure), cardiac failure (heart failure), CNS disturbances, headache, dyspnea (difficulty in breathing), impaired hearing, ringing in the ears, changes in vision, tiredness, drowsiness, dizziness, and rashes.Is it safe for use during pregnancy and lactation?Its use is not recommended in either of these conditions. Consult your doctor.How should it be administered?This medication is taken immediately after meals.
